Delivery Information

Courier delivery

All deliveries are made via our courier Business Post. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances an order is unable to be delivered on the specified day. If you do not receive your delivery on the date specified please let us know and we will escalate the delivery with the courier on your behalf.

For deliveries up to 20 kilos.

Orders placed before 4pm	Will be delivered on
Saturday, Sunday or Monday	Thursday
Tuesday	Friday
Wednesday	Tuesday
Thursday	Tuesday
Friday	Wednesday

You will have to be at the delivery address between 08.00 & 18.00 on the delivery day stated above (unless you have selected an AM Delivery). If this is not possible you must contact us at uk@usrstore.com immediately so we can make other arrangements for you. If you are out when the courier attempts to delivery they will leave a card and you will need to call to make further arrangements. In the event of Bank Holidays this will add additional days to this schedule.

If we are unable to fulfil your delivery we will contact you to make you aware.

Scottish Highlands and Ireland	Price
Orders 20.00 + VAT and above	Tuesday to Friday £30.00 + VAT
Orders below 20.00 + VAT	Tuesday to Friday £27.00 + VAT
